DBSync's connector for bi-directional Salesforce and QuickBooks Online Integration is an easy-to-use application to integrate Salesforce Accounts / Contacts, Products, and Opportunity with QuickBooks Online Customers, and Items & Invoice. DBSync is also useful to migrate historical data in QuickBooks Online into Salesforce, and vice versa. DBSync provides bi-directional sync with pre-built field-to-field map along that can manage complex and dynamic mappings. In addition, DBSync has an online updater, which enables customers to automatically acquire all the product’s different features available in new releases. Salesforce and QuickBooks Online connector comes bundled with the following ready-to-use mappings:

What transaction types can we generate in QuickBooks Online from Salesforce?
You can generate following transactions in QuickBooks from Salesforce: Invoice, Sales Receipt and Estimate. With customization you can generate credit memo, Purchase Order, Timesheet as well.
When are QuickBooks transactions like Estimate, Invoice, Sales Receipt generated?
A transaction in QuickBooks will be created once an Opportunity in Salesforce is marked as ‘Closed Won’.
How frequent the sync takes place? Is this process automated?
The sync can happen every 5-10 minutes. This can be scheduled and configured in your QuickBooks WebConnector. And yes, the synchronisation can be a completely automated process.
Can DBSync support Product Hierachy?
Yes, DBSync supports product hierarchy within salesforce.com as it is supported in QuickBooks.
Can we install DBSync on our Sandbox and later switch to our production instance?
